The precise number is 3.0.2.1791, and there are already 10.4k downloads! It probably blocks out TNOC though.

Lua will probably be blocked :(. It would be almost impossible to block TNOC I think, but that would explain why it took them this long to release it...

TNOC is not blocked. :)
Unencrypted Lua is blocked. :( Until somebody makes an encryptor, we will have to send our lua docs through 3.0.1 to get them encrypted so they will work on 3.0.2.

At least they gave us back a way to do this. I still refuse to upgrade till they let me downgrade at will and we have ndless
