Adriweb managed to take a photo of the official RS232 adaptator at TI-Dallas.
http://ti.bank.free.fr/index.php?mod=news&ac=commentaires&id=1281
Unlike us, it doesn't use the external J01/Dock connector, but the internal 30-pins J04 connector.
Which means it should be able to do many other things...
It seems we've really missed something big with that J04 connector.
Have fun figuring out what! ;)

I think TI would have problems with Casio about a Sd-lector in a calculator.

I think TI would have problems with Casio about a Sd-lector in a calculator.
That shouldn't really be too much of a problem, SD cards are pretty universal after all. Calcs, cameras, GPSes, etc
As for the J04, this looks likely to be something huge O.O

Nice Critor, and yeah I doubt Casio would have much problems, since most devices are allowed to have SD card capabilities.
-
Some HP graphing calcs have a SD card slot as well.

TI has just asked for the official RS232 adaptator photos to be removed from the TI-Bank news.
If you still have them in cache, you can keep them but you should not share them publicly again, or Adriweb and/or me might run into some problems.
Thank you very much, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Heh... TI allowed people to post photos, and then reneged on the permission ? "Untrustworthy" is the word that comes to my mind for qualifying their silly behaviour.
-
Adriweb told me TI was ok for those photos and others photos.
Maybe TI changed his mind for some reason, or maybe Adriweb misunderstood something...
But you know? Sadly, there's much more untrustworthy than TI...
-
Can't they even make their mind? ???
THey post that they discontinue the 84+SE, then they immediately remove it. Now they give permission to post pics, then removes permission...
OS 2.71MP release then removal next?
