I'm doubtful that most of you remember me because of my recent inactivity. That was due to the loss of my calc :'(.
But now I have the most terrific of news! I just got my new TI-84+ SE and that means I can now resume my activity as a calc programmer and you will see more of me from now on. :w00t: ;D ;D
-
Heya welcome back. You used to have a TI-84+SE or TI-Nspire right? I kinda forgot since I kinda went inactive at one point. Have fun with your new 84+ :)
-
Hey there. Good luck and have fun :)
-
Where did you go Happybobjr too? O.O
-
I used to have a TI-84+ SE before as well but it got stolen at the end of the school year.
-
Aww, that's unfortunate.
DJ@ I planned on rejoining Omnimaga actively after I finished up everything with scouts. Well there was some drama with an adult on the board, and not there is a big thing going on through the national council. :/ I have no idea when it'll all be sorted out.
-
Hmm I see, I hope nothing too rash happened happybobjr x.x. And that sucks ki1o. I almost lost my calc once and until I found it it scared the Justin Bieber out of me.
-
Yeah but thats why I'm excited now! I have a new one now and I can program again!
-
OK... I opened my new calc yesterday and started the usual app deletions. The thing is... since I'm in my junior year at high school and I'm doing trig/pre-calculus, I'm not sure which ones I can delete... and if I do can I re-download them?
-
delete everything because you won't use ANY of them anyways XD (Well, maybe periodic table just for fun)
-
you can redownload those at ti's website if you would ever need them again (which is very unlickely).
-
OK will do! Commence app terminations!
-
pretty much anything in there is something you can delete without missing. the periodic table, and that one app that does trig calculations, are the only things you might find useful. everything else is either a language pack or completely worthless (read: a flash app created to display animated coin flipping).
if you ever do go missing something, though, you can download them all again from here (http://education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Software/Search/Results?cp=2).

Sometimes I do this on school calculators. Just shows how bored I am ._.
-
Most of the apps are either language packs or translations of other apps (which may or may not be useless themselves), so if you don't speak six languages natively you can probably get rid of those.
Glad you got a new calculator :) Can't wait to see what you'll do with it!
