My name is Oliver.
I own a TI-nspire CX CAS and i dropped it in my physics class at my high school. It came out with rebound keys. this is what happened.

This sucks, because This key layout does not work for me in my Calculus class.
I did have nDless 3.1 installed. I do not know if this was the problem.

Did anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions?

UPDATE: The calculator was miraculously fixed, but just in case there was just a loose wire that fell back into place, I am getting a replacement from TI. I had emailed them about my problem but spelled "Broken" as "Briken" and as a result, the service email I received was in Danish. I was able to use Google Translate to read it, but it was still quite hilarious.

This sounds pretty bad D: you could try doing a reset or re-installation.
Also welcome to the forums :D

It looks like the OS thinks you have a Clickpad plugged in (which is kind of funny, since the CX doesn't even have swappable keypads). I don't know how one would fix that, though.

Ya, I just deleted nDless off my calculator by using the tab key to navigate the file menu. it was not the problem. I will see if Texas Instruments will give me a knew one or if the warranty does not cover this. Thankfully I registered it on the TI website.
