Darn that is cool. I remember that ticalc.org used to be affiliated with TI, but sadly were taken off their website because their archives contained innapropriate material (the Drug Wars game and ASCII porn)

While TI-Planet doesnt host ASCII porn (or porn at all :P), I think we host "worse" than Drug Wars, probably.

I would trust TI-Planet over TI themselves, in all honesty. Mostly because of the incredibly vast amount of..just everything calculator oriented on their site, and lots of useful information.

Not exactly - let's be a little more accurate.

Because TI calculators were sold with a ticalc.org CD.
That CD was containing a part of the ticalc.org archive, and there was such stuff in that part.

But why did they include a CD with programs ? ???
Couldn't they just write somewhere "visit ticalc.org" or something ?

Ah yeah, not false. I am used to see everyone with it now and didn't think that it was not nowadays >.<
