WFRNG OS is on ticalc.org, marking the first addition to the TI-83+ Family OS category in a year and a half.  It is also one of only four files in that category.  Download it here.

That said, I think the last time, it was by Snake_X. For some reasons, he uploaded a guessing game along with the WFRNG BASIC Nspire clone. :P

But yeah you should maybe include the original readme. It's like the funniest part of WFRNG ;D (although just the OS form of your versions makes it extremly epic in some ways :P)
