Title: Casio Prizm skinning promotion
Post by: DJ Omnimaga on August 01, 2011, 08:45:41 pm: I saw this (http://cemetech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=157944#157944) on Cemetech a few minutes ago and I thought I should post it here too, since some people here got Casio Prizm calcs. Casio is currently running a promotion where you can customize the look of your calculator with designs you choose there or one you create yourself. You enter your calculator serial on Casio site then you land on another site where you can get a skin for free. Here's the URL: http://www.casioeducation.com/skinit

I thought it was kinda interesting, if that actually works kinda well. I don,t know if they do stickers or faceplates of any kind, though. A Quebec Nordiques-themed calc would certainly be cool, though (or an Omnimaga-themed one) O.O

Mine that I just ordered is pre made and is the US Naval Academy mascot. I'll post pics of my calc once it comes but that will probably be over a week from now considering I'm going on a trip on Thursday

Post by: z80man on August 10, 2011, 05:52:57 pm: Mine came in and it turned out pretty well. This is a pre made design and it's amazing how well they customized it to fit the Prizm. The stickers are of high quality and are easily removable.

One idea I had was having the background and the logo with a white outline or glowing in front of it or maybe in white. However I myself went with the pics I posted here because at the time I had no idea for a decent looking Omni theme.

omnimaga cemetech sicode revsoft dcs7 united-ti ti planet maxcoderz ticalc clrhome productions axe parser ragnarök productions TILP

is there anything else i should add? something older, maybe?

oh, and i'm thinking of maybe putting a picture of nikky on the back :P

I didn't get one at all. I made my skins, submitted them and they got shipped to me 3 weeks later.
