I guess the fact it's miniaturized doesn't help. Plus the fact that many phone shops are located in shopping malls, where 95% of the sales for a $500 phone will be used to pay the onerous retail space lease. >.<
Oh well, I guess either I just don't buy the whole trend of having to replace our phone every year to look cool or I simply don't want to spend one and half a paycheck just on a phone.
You are also a bit too young to know IMHO, because you have yet to live in your own apartment where you have to pay everything including the food. :P

It's not that. For starters you bought a cheap phone and these can't last a month before sucking. :P I know that if I buy a Nexus or a 1+1 I pay twice as much as you did but I know that the phone will last at least three or four years. Especially now that they have more power than we can use, it's gonna be a while before 2 years old phones are outdated.

Indeed, so are you gonna buy me this new phone or a nexus while I pay my food/internet/apartment/phone/insurance/electricity bills, since you are rich and don't have any of that stuff to pay? :P

Keep in mind I'm not trying to force you, just proving your arguments to be of low value. You do what you want after all. <_<
But anyway back on topic. My dad is interested in this, but I can't tell him about it before 10am and I don't think he's got the money for it just yet. :/
