TI Calculators / Apps for 3.9.1?

Hi all.  I'm new to the community and i'm looking at the ndless apps for one compatible with os 3.9.1 and there doesn't seem to be any.  I have a cx cas clickpad, hardware J if that helps. 

My friend told me that I can download apps for EE etc..

TI Calculators / I get stuck in a reboot loop. Is there a pdf viewer for cx cas os 3.9? HW:J

Hi,

I got stuck in a reboot loop when I downgraded to OS3.6 and tried to use ndless and npdf.  It keeps happening even when i reformat and reinstall everything.  Is there a way to fix this or a pdf view that works with OS3.9?
