Looks nice, but if you are using Doors CS routines (eg the mouse pointer routine) make sure to give credits where due. :P

OmnomIRC Development / Re: OmnomIRC changelog and suggestions
« on: December 14, 2014, 05:37:54 pm »
Although I am surprised that Omnom in particular would do it but not other shoutboxes (eg SimplePortal shoutbox sends instantly from anywhere). Maybe someone could analyze the code to see if there might be any bottleneck.

This problem has been on OmnomIRC since day one (April 2010), but I don't know if back then it was caused by the same problem.

I have the same problem on my desktop PC.

I am not too sure, but I found something interesting with OmnomIRC input sending lag:

-When I use OmnomIRC from 3G or my home internet connection, on Omni it occasionally takes 10 seconds to send text and on CW it always takes between 10-30. However, when I use the shopping mall wifi everything sends in 3 seconds or less. What gets interesting is that Scipi has the same lag problem and Streetwalrus doesn't.

I wonder if it could be because some ISPs block some ports or something like a bad combination of bad server config, an Omnom bug and/or the aforementioned ISP issue?

Indeed. It requires notable 68K programs to make their archives and front page.

I need to try this on my calc at one point (assuming it's OS 3.1 compatible). Also lol at the Flappy Birds :P

Heya and welcome to the forums :D. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us in terms of TI-Nspire programs. Also yeah Lua is more convenient for advanced programs I think. TI-BASIC is best for math programs and stuff, but if you want to do games then Lua does the job better. You can even use ASM/C if you want to push things even further (it's much faster but it won't run on OS 3.9 directly)

As for my calc skills, keep in mind I only really do TI-84+ BASIC and recently started HP PPL (HP Prime pascal/basic-like language), though. :P

I hope you enjoy your stay :D

He came back recently but I don't know for how long because I recall reading that somebody who recently came back will be gone for a very long while soon, and I forgot if it was him. >.<

Talking about Omni memes, in 1.5 years the peanut meme will be a decade old. :D

I miss the lobster bisque bots though :P

It would be nice if guests could view the board :P (although I'm nit one to talk, considering mine is not viewable by guests either. But again that might not count, since it's only temporary :P)

To your post. I was making sure that you were aware about recent developments, since this topic is extremely old and outdated.

Basically, your calculator should be able to use nLaunchy and OS 3.1 through 3.9. Hardware J and higher now can downgrade from 3.9 to 3.6 but not 3.1 and they can't use nLaunchy.
