Casio PRIZM / Re: A call to Prizm owners
« on: December 12, 2014, 05:41:09 pm »
Oh wait my bad, it was 1.01. For some reasons the idea that it had 1.00 at first struck into my head, probably because of how early I bought it and the fact my copy still had the Locate bug.

Fixed, now.

Some peanut bags are said to date from June 6th 2006.

In future versions, will a downgrade require replacing your computer entirely?

Heya and welcome here :D

Success! Information associated with the product ID updated successfully. Decoded information:

fx-CG 10 assembled in October 2010. It was the 5355th unit produced that month.

Information associated with this product ID:

Current OS version: 01.03
Original OS version: 01.00
Purchase date: January 2011
Comments: This PRIZM calculator smells like crazy (like most new electronics, but 100 times worse, even after almost 4 years).

Oh right, for some reasons I forgot that that area too listed the top 5 of each. I wish there was a way to list everyone, though, through this SMF mod.

Other Calculators / Re: CodeWalrus

So CodeWalrus isn't meant to become an other calculator comunity, it's mainly just a group of people programming projects together?
Well, technically it would be a third calculator site, because there are two calculator sub-forums and currently all featured project sub-forums are calc projects. It's just that the initial userbase that was let in is almost completely within the same friend circle and the site policies and views are different than Omni and Cemetech (much like Omni has different policies and views than Cemetech).

It's also closer to a programming team than a community news site. It's pretty much dormant from 8 PM to 12 AM, though, because only 3 of the active members who have Internet access at home live in North America. This is why I often performed site-breaking maintenance and testing around those times <.< >.>.

EDIT: Also Streetwalrus, a little correction: The domain name was actually bought on November 3rd, not in October. Back in October, the site name was still undecided (although only 1 name idea didn't involve walruses).

Art / Re: Mockups "please say this is going to be a game"

Ah right I didn't know about that. I guess H.E.R.O is more like CHAOS and Hero Core then? :P

Yeah the style is really similar seriously. It's entirely possible that it's the same game but a remake. Hero Core looks much harder, though, because I tried it on a real calc and it gets pretty intense O.O

Miscellaneous / Re: What is your avatar?
« on: December 10, 2014, 11:43:17 pm »
Did you make it yourself? :D Also yeah see the other topic to know the story behind the CW stuff.

Although Walrii (the name of the walrus in my avatar) might also be a game character. I have an animated version but I tried using it as avatar and it's kinda distracting. Keoni29 also made an hard-drawn version that he later retraced using a software, but he didn't share it yet.

There is a karma tracker, but in the form of a karma log only viewable by moderators I think and it only shows the top 10 rated users I think.

Ooh I like how it came out :D. I would like to get this game at one point because it reminds me of Hero Core and Metroid, but it seems to be a bit on the expensive side.

So far only walruses have posted in this topic. Can we get opinions from other members too? :3

I'm a cat in a walrus suit. Does that count? :3
At least you're not radioactive <_<

Nice sprite edit, though, lol

Actually, to clarify on smileys, there is one emoticon from Omni after my retirement from admin that we use (specifically this one), but considering I provided it myself in the first place as a suggestion back then, I guess it doesn't matter.

Hmm I notice some Metallica in some riffs. I love how it sounds like so far. You did a good job with it :D
