Since about two months I thought about opening a community articles section at Omnimaga, however it wasn't a big deal to modify the old website. Now with the new portal it's easier to manage so I am now opening this section today, with a first article, about the lack of respect in the TI community, by Fred Sparks, who allowed me to post it on my website. The new section is located http://s7.invisionfree.com/Omnimaga/index.php?showforum=49. In the future I will add news opinions articles, tutorials and maybe calculator newsletter here too. If you wrote a good article submit it to me via PM or e-mail, I'll review it and if it's good enough I will add it in the new section! UPDATE (05/24/2005 15:45): Added a second article from Fred Sparks about Originality

Sound nice, I also edited the intro post because it was still saying a cool BASIC RPG so I changed it to a cool C RPG By standalone programs do you mean that the game will be didivded into chapters? Also will there be a password system so people cannot play a part of the game until they finished the previous one, or will they be able to play each part in any order?

Since yesterday, when you browse the website sections you can now use a new navigation bar at the top of the page. I installed some javascript codes from Invisionfree forums to be able to mod the website a bit more. This will allow easier navigation on the website when browsing the archive, projects, guestbook, about and link section.

Well it's the first time a demo of this game is avaliable, unless somebody stolen it from him However I still believe it's him now because he usually post like that, according to his post last year and the way he written his readmes

FFTOM3 will be probably one of the best BASIC RPG, if ever finished. It's being developped by Hitoshi from Maxcoderz for the TI-83+/SE. Here is the story: It has been so long since the last battle. Though it provided peace among our species, I was still destined to remain here protecting them. Everybody I knew are gone, these emotional attachments to others only made things worse. So now I isolated myself from others hoping that they'll only appear as Deja vu. The battles I fought with Edward left me with more question than the answers. Why did Edward appear uncomfortable when we visited the future? Who was that man with the hood? Why was I accused of a murder to an individual called Porcha? Who is this Porcha? Why did I accept to be the Chosen and continued to live this long? Sighs? I do not have time to question my fate. I'm here to protect and serve our Creator. I am the Chosen, my duty is to fulfill my destiny... my uncertain destiny...

Look at the text color, no orange text? Yes it's not a fake news: a demo of Final Fantasy: Tales of Magic 3 is finally avaliable 2 years after the last update! http://home.comcast.net/~tkoizumi/Fftom3.zipThe old demo was lost, this version is not complete but it has been recoded from scratch, so far the walking engine is done as well as the menu interface and status screen and there is some screenshots: Hopefully, this time, Hitoshi Koizumi, the author of Final Fantasy: Tales of Magic series is back so we can expect new updates soon! I'm backing up the FFTOM3 project page right now.

As you might have noticed, the news about Spencer Zelda was not posted by me. I am pleased to announce that Jonathan Chandler, who helped in the website backup, joined Omnimaga staff. He will post news articles about progress on TI RPGs and about new TI-RPGs and programming releases, moderate the forums (beware spammers!!! ) and add new files and projects on the website. Welcome Jonathan!

I was afraid a bit of that, altough it's not a big pb in a game where the story is about the 4 elements, providing the dungeons use different ASCII graphics
