Just update anyways. Glad you got connectivity working DJ is exaggerating a bit about PC re-format but yes, TI-Connect can be reeeeally hard to get working. I usually recommend TiLP.

Okay, thanks for the help ^_^ Now I can't figure out the buttons 
Keys are described in the README I added yesterday in the zip, and are almost described in the first post of the dev topic I wrote in August.
Basically, it's arrows,2nd,alpha for P1 and numpad,log,x² for P2.
Nice, has the .zip got anything new besides the README?

Heya and glad to see a new member and calculator user around. By the way, is your nickname a bit related to Starcraft and Protoss?
Its totally related to Starcraft c':
People rarely know where it is from, glad to see someone that knows the game.
The first one was a big part of my childhood.

Yeah sometimes nowadays I am surprised that few people know about Starcraft stuff. I guess it's because there are many gaming options nowadays compared to in the 90's. Even when Starcraft was a decade old there were still Starcraft memes all over the place. I'm really bad at the game, though, since I play causally (in SC2 I only play unranked).
Omni used to have plenty of SC players, but the fact SC2 used to be region-locked and that SC1 Battle.net didn't work properly in WINE (many users have Linux) killed any chance for an Omnimaga Starcraft group, not to mention League of Legends and Minecraft happened next.
You know what's funny? I play all of that, SC:BW, SC2, Minecraft, League, and many others. Me and my cousin play Starcraft: Brood War against each other everytime he comes to my place. (I always win tough  )

wait, have you checked if the programs actually did get sent to your calc?
sometimes when i use ti-connect, it gives the second error, but the files have still been sent to my calc

I checked "AppVars" in "Mem Mgmt/Del" and the files I was trying to transfer weren't there, so I suppose they didn't. Thanks anyways.  Another option if TI-Connect still refuses to work is to uninstall it and install TiLP instead.
Will try it, thanks. From experience (although I didn't use recent versions of TILP much), only reformating the computer would fix TI-Connect issues and even then that didn't always work. That's how bad TI-Connect is. But it was a good move to try the steps above.
Also, never ever connect the calculator to the computer before TI-Connect is done installing.
Wow, it always looked kinda suspicious and didn't work really well 100% of the times, but being THAT bad? Jesus. Thanks for the advice. EDIT: Installed TiLP and I got the game. Thanks for all the help guys.  Now I can't figure out the buttons

1: check if the calculator is turned on when you send the files, because otherwise it won't send
2: otherwise, check if the usb cable is firmly connected
3: if all else fails, maybe you'll have to reinstall ti-connect (sigh, why is ti-connect so retarded >.<)
Had already done 1 and 2 multiples times >-< Thanks, will reinstall TI-Connect ^_^

Hey there guys, my name is André Lopes, but online everyone calls me Zealot. What should I say about me here? Found this forum because Smosh shared a post in the Smosh Pit that was talking about a Super Smash Bros. for the TI-83+ and 84+. I instantly got excited about it and ran to my room to get my TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. Browsed around this site and I'm currently still trying to put 'Super Smash Bros. Open' in my device. I'm 17 years old and I'm from Portugal, more specifically from Pico Island in the Azores archipelago. I was always interested in programming/modding etc, but I never really did anything in that area. This forum seems like a nice place to start slowly doing it, and I heard that the TI+ calculators and really nice to fiddle around with and programming simple apps. That's basically it guys, hope I stay in this forum for some time cause it seems nice and that it has a nice community!

(I just finished writing a post saying basically the same as this, but more info about my situation in TI-84 programs/apps, and when I posted it some error about my IP came up and I lost all I had written that took me at more than 10 minutes.  ) Hey guys, I'm having some trouble transfering the game to my TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. This is what happens: Pressing "Send to Device"After some seconds, these windows appear. Any idea on what to do? Thanks a lot.
