Gaming Discussion / Steel Storm Burning Retribution - anyone?
« on: April 08, 2012, 04:23:40 pm »
So I bought this game yesterday and I like it a LOT. Now I was wondering if anyone owns this or is willing to get it (want to try network mode)
[ Invalid YouTube link ]

If not I could create a little contest with this game as prize, it's not that expensive ;D
Anyways do you like it from the vid?

@leafy: STFU with crying "tag is awful". Since it is not :ninja: :ninja: (no offense)
Basically I want to recreate Tag, but for the computer.
I'm drawing the graphics by hand (pencil) and I guess (hope) it'll be awesome. More info when I have progress :)

Math and Science / calculating the natural logarithm of an arbitrary number
« on: December 23, 2011, 09:09:29 am »
Hello guys,

As stated in the subject. I can't use this: since that only works for x=-1 through x=1...

Who knows another summation/computation algorithm? Thanks!

TI Z80 / Continuity 2
« on: December 20, 2011, 05:36:29 am »
Ohai guys,

You can't have missed my huge (and super awful) userbar proclaiming "Continuity". I continued (no pun) it from my old contest project. The original game can be played at . However, I am adding lots of things from Continuity 2: The Continuation, which is written for iOS. ($0,99 or €0,69 in the apple store)

Screenie+exec+sauce attached.

So I am rebooting this.
I have 2 mockups for how this is going to look:

Level 1 boss (no background):

Level 2:

More details coming soon.

EDIT: For those who say 'wha?' on the "rebooting" part, here is the thread for my first attempt at porting this:

 :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:
Back to reality.
I am creating a puzzle platformer in which you have to use buttons, crates, doors (just like as Tag, Graviter and Portal X). I am also adding transport tunnels like those in portal 2. Screenies when I get the engine finished.
Oh, if you have an idea for a name, please say it.

TI Z80 / Chemix
« on: September 27, 2011, 11:46:32 am »
Hi all.
Since chemistry is my favorite subject, I am writing a database program. It is called Chemix (to be pronounced KUmiks).
Right now, I only have 98 % of the elements typed in.
Planned features:
-Bond angles
-Bond lengths
-Boiling and melting points of some dozens of substances
-Standard electrode potentials
-Acid dissociation constants
-Acid-base indicators
-Redox indicators
-Dipole moments
-Colors of chemicals
-A gross of trivial names (maybe not)
-Ion formulas
-Molar masses of a couple of substances
-A search function

That's it.
Suggestions, questions?

I now have all elements and made a logo for MolarSoft (organisation invented by me)
