Other Calculators / Re: What graphing calculators do your school have?
« on: October 18, 2012, 01:13:12 am »
my entire school (±1500) has a TI-84+ instead of me i have a Nspire and a TI-84+ SE :)

but most people don't need the calc so its pure loss of money.

I think its gone forever but I have an idea how to get a new one for free (but it's not fully legal so don't ask)

and for the second part, the thief will probably put the calculator in the back of the innocent guy, so he looks total innocent.

i'm still hoping it is somewhere around in the school because there are 2-3 others with an Nspire. but i think its easy to sell (even for more then its worth for people who think its worth 200$ because of the colored screen and all the games that are on it,

better ti makes it possible to registrated when an as stolen calc is connected to someones pc.

and when the reset a calc with ndless installed, doesn't it get trapped in an reboot loop?

I asked most of the teachers where we use a calculator to look for it.
But without success for now, i hope the one who stole it didn't sold it :( there are only 2-3 others with an nspire from 1700 students so i hope it will be easy to find

and otherwise i have to spend another €140 for a new one :(

thanks for your answer

Miscellaneous / Re: My new internet speed
« on: September 14, 2012, 01:52:56 pm »
We went last month to a new provider we went from 9/0.8 to this:

But speedtest.net only gives you the speed to that server you test and does not really gives you your internet speed.

It must be fast at both sides of the line to get a good result.

General Calculator Help / how are the nspire connectors called
« on: September 08, 2012, 08:58:04 am »
hello,

I was searching a way to connect the dock connector of an nspire to the computer, but when researching I was not able to find much information.

So my question does someone know the names of the connectors and where to find the pinouts of it?

thanks for the help

Did you make sure to follow the whole Ndless installation procedure? http://ndlessly.wordpress.com/ndless-user-guide/

Yes i did, all the other programs are working fine like the GBC emulator and nClock.
