It is President. Lobster is something else. Take a look at Nethams primary membergroup, it's not lobster, it's president ;)
I fixed the rules page, but I didn't touch the Editors/ARS stuff yet. Someone else should take care of that.

There's still a 'Lobster' group that has full admin, I believe Tribal is in it too.

Also yeah I think Jim was no longer editor for a short while.
As for the groups I think you just need to change the numbers or add new ones through admin->info and settings or something.
