This showed up in my email notifications:
This message may not have been sent by: [email protected] Learn more Report phishing
O.O
-
That doesn't sound too good. I hope no one is actually hacking us...
-
I think it happens when the message isn't actually sent by Gmail. In this case, the message was sent by omnimaga.org and not gmail.com, but your email notifier thinks it should be sent by gmail.com instead to match the second part of the email address.
A fix is to make the forum software send mail through Gmail's SMTP servers or to change the email to something @omnimaga.org.

Oh, I see. I've just never seen that little message before o.o

Hmm screenshot? I know sometimes I received e-mails under my e-mail address when I was on 1and1 even after changing my password, but this stopped eventually. I think this might be a bot that spoofed it or maybe Google mistook it as phishing.

well, since it's correct, I think were not being hacked. ;)

I was worried because a few weeks ago Cemetech showed up in Google search results with the label "This site may have been compromised," and something really had happened to their server.
