Title: I can't upload attachments in replies anymore!

I just went to post in the TI Boy SE thread, and the attachment upload form was gone O.O. It's here in this topic starting page, but not in replies anymore, so from now on I am forced to upload every attachment in the first post of my own topics ???.

It didn't happen before ???

EDIT: Actually it only happens in certain topics, like TI-Boy SE release. ???

Yeah, or maybe it's because I used to be staff. It's just the attachment form was not present in that topic.
