OmnomIRC disabled on german and portuguese rules pages

Just thought I would mention it because I noticed now and it's a bit inconsistent. (although it's nothing too bad) :P

Oh? I'll look at this.

EDIT: Fixed. Some new boards (such as the German ones) had OmnomIRC disabled as well.

What about, for the German and French one, enable OmnomIRC on #omnimaga-de and #omnimaga-fr respectively? And for Portuguese and Netherlands Rules, just don't display OmnomIRC :)

Yeah before I left my semi admin positions (I was in a group similar to Quigibo, with extra admin powers, but fewer moderator powers) I fixed lots of boards where this happened, but I guess this happened again with the new ones.
