Title: site traffic
Post by: tifreak on July 06, 2005, 12:53:00 pm
Not really important, but I thought we could share this if you have a way of keeping track of it.

For the most part, I get most of my site traffic via google. Off of that search engine alone, I recieve around 5 hits per day.

My second biggest contributor to visitors is the TI section of Wikipedia. I average 2 hits per day from them.

Anyone else wish to share?

well unfortunately I know no way to see from which website most of my hits come from, but I can show some stats taken from the admin CP anyway (altough some stats are messed up and innacurrate because at first there was lot of topic due to file archive back up):

Crap! There was a site that would help keep track of that stuff for free. I found it because it was listed in my "recieved from" list. I wish I had written that address down...

Oh wait the link page stats here! I know it only show the hits when you view the link info page, not when you click the link itself but here is it anyway (check out for the second number to the left of the link title. Links info pages are sorted by number of clicks):

They're not free, although they also have a free hsoting package that floods the freely hosted pages with ads. I'll ask them today.
