strange they loaded prety fine except this morning when I took the board offline during 20 minutes to do some maintenance

you should have come here when kalan_vod was made admin if it was slow today then I have no word to describe how slow it was back then

EDIT: post wise the boards has been kinda slower recently. I remember seeing between 200 and 400 posts in about 24 hours sometimes, now there is like between 20 and 60 >.<

I am wondering if it was the same on other forums (maxcoderz, cemetech, calchaven, calcgames and UTI) since I dont go here anymore so I dont know

 lol....I meant postwise.

UTI, Cemetech (and of course ticalc.org) have been the only realy active ones lately.

Omnimaga used to be a lot more active. MaxCoderz, RevSoft and CalcHaven are all around 5-6 posts a day (if that).

Maxcoderz have alot more posts than 5..They accumulate about 50+ at least. I haven't been too active as I am falling short of having interests in calcs atm. We all have our slumps, so we can only hope >.<.

I guess it depends on the day....MaxCoderz really doesn't seem to get many posts.

Yeah CH is going slowly, espically when you don't count all the BS that goes on, but some of the lack of posting here is that half of us are MIA or on a hiatius (Sp?) for awhile (read: xlibman {3-50 posts per day} CDI {1-20 ppd} and me {25-45 ppd}).  And we don't have a forum RPG system ;)wink.gif.

well the forums continued getting active a while after the rpg was removed.

I think its more the time of the year and I'm sure its the same for you kalan_vod and everyone else. Lot of ppl get busy with school, so coders lose motivation because there is not enough ppl posting on forums so its harder to get feedback on projects, and then there is less progress on projects :(sad.gif

I still hope you wont give up on calc completly kalan (and the others), remember we are  all here for you and I am looking forward for res and the others ;)wink.gif

As for Omnimaga less RPG progress means less news, same for less programming tools update, plus the fact I kinda retired from my full admin position doesn't help either as well as the fact someone is near the retired staff usergroup here http://kvince83.tengun.net/maxboard/viewtopic.php?t=1647 . Only thing we can hope is that ppl will eventually get back interest in coding and that forums will get active again

Yes, I think it has a lot to do with the time of the year.  Also, the forum RPG is progressing, but would go even faster if someone helped me out w/ animations ;)wink.gif:Dbiggrin.gif .  I could probably get it done in less than a month if I didn't have to worry about the graphichs.

also MaxCoderz, Revsoft and Calchaven seem to be dead in the water lately.

thats why Invisionfree have put a limit, imagine if other n00bs on invisionfree would spam their members to death saying "plz come back and post more!!!!!11!!111!11one" every day that would be annoying >.<

on another note there is the fact most discussion moved on IRC
