Strange view

I had been lookign at threads and then when I went back to forums I saw the attached image. What happened? It was very strange.

This happens when your browser fails to load your webpage completely.
The key is refreshing.

It did work after refreshing...
Does anyone know why this happens or is it just a random thing?

THis sometimes happens when the site stops responding halfway through loading. In this screenshot, the CSS didn't get to load. The double-logo thing is something I need to figure out how to fix eventually, to reduce the templates size a bit.

There was no way to remove the second header without errors, so I had to use hide CSS and insert an extra visible header above.

This has happened to me a few times, it doesn't really matter because all you need to do is reload the page you can even post with that if the post box's loaded
