Unnecessary IRC channels?

<< < (3/6) > >>

Digital:
@c4ooo Thanks for mentioning because of bots :D
IRP is fun but it is difficult to write an interpreter for a language which doesn't have a defined syntax. also a major part of IRP is that it is executed by a human/programmer-ing being who understands humor imo.
However I'll think of it and I'll probably make an extension :P

#omnimaga, #spam and #thebot are frequently used atm, we can't drop our dictator's channel so #irp stays :P
Empty channels should be dropped automatically. I don't now about #games and #anime, but there are some other channel i which I wish to be more active and not dropped (like all of omnimaga :P)

pimathbrainiac:
#anime should stay, imo, since I am one of the few who occasionally uses it.

c4ooo:
Yea but who do you talk to? :P
And as ive said before it might be wise to not neccesserly drop some channels, but rather make them simply unreachable from the OmnomIRC client ;)

Sorunome:
It is also possible to have channels relayed between omninet and efnet without having them appear in the webbrowser.....or vice versa....or only relay between omnomirc and omninet or something, the possibilities are endless! :D

He talks to me sometimes

How would that be any better? That means if it does get active on IRC, OIRC users wont be able to get at it. It's not like having the channels there makes OIRC any slower or faster for the user.
