Title: View your nth post?

An interesting feature would be to type in a number, and view the post corresponding to it.
How hard would this be to implement?

You'd have to take into account randomness and Introduce yourself, which don't go towards the post count.  It's possible though...

Click on Profile, up top, and click on Show Posts (on the left).  This is an ordered list of all your posts.

I wish we could view a specific post like http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?msg75260#msg75260 instead of having to be in the topic, kinda like on UTI and Cemetech. Unfortunately SMF doesn't have this feature :S
