First of all, do you have TI Connect? Because you need that to transfer the files to your calc. Second, if you have the CD, install the drivers. I don't know where you are on all this.

EDIT: is it me or in firefox when you select ti connect in the drop down of the software section on this page in firefox http://education.ti.com/educationportal/sites/US/productHome/us_product.html it doesnt do anything? seems like ti website doesnt work fine in firefox, it works in opera and ie tho

hmm are you sure the calc is connected to the USB port properly? I would try all ports in case. My PC has 6 of them but ti connect only support 4 if I remember. I dunno how to help much though because I use a very old serial link cable dating back in early 2002 :(sad.gif

Also make sure the link cable wasn't plugged in when you installed the software, it causes a problem i think.

Dude this happens to me but I just plug the USB part into my calc first then into the PC. Then select the files to send to the calc. After this something will come up about a USB select and it will say no ti device found, but then you pull the USB part connected to ur calc out and put it back in then click refresh and then it should come up if not repeat until it does. This always works for me.

TI-Connect is always annoying to deal with in this sense. You just have to persist, sometimes you have to reset your calcs RAM or even restart your PC.

tr1p nice to see you again!

TI connect is also b****y when it come to sending old BASIC games :(sad.gif (like ROL3, the last group file corrupt when sent on calc and with TI-Graph Link it works fine)
