where can I get celtic 3 or an xlib with something

xlib 0.6 something or another only allows the real(1 sprite routine to access up to the first 10 pics. is there an update that allows the full 255 or is that Celtic III only. also, where can I get C3 at.

Here's Celtic III v3.09s and xLib v.62.
They both should have all the pics.
(Celtic III is Iambian's and xLib is Trip1ea's, not mine.)

Celtic III was also avaliable at United-TI website, but the problem is that they decided in 2008 to force guests to register to download attachments. Nice of them >.>

Else, there is xLIB but it has fewer commands: http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=253

You'd better stick to xLIB, Celtic III is a bit buggy at the moment...

Well it depends which functions he wants to use. If he wants to use any of the Celtic-only features he might have no choice x.x

He could you use the program version of Celtic III...
But it has less features than the app version though.

Didn't it miss some feature CIII has, tho?

Anyway we shouldn't bash Celtic III or something like that since Iambian spent a lot of time on it. :P I didn,t have this much problems with it personally. Metroid II and SMSD works with only a few minor display glitches and XXR/Reuben series works perfectly

I'm not saying Celtic III is bad, I just said that it has xLIB compatibility problems. All of its other features work perfectly.

There are a few problems, but nothing you can't get around. It works well enough to be better then xlib already.

I think real(3 is fine IIRC, though. (Enough to partially port Reuben to Celtic III.... oh shit  now everyone's gonna bug me to do it `-`)

Well the only xlib commands that have issues that I remember using, were real(12 when going off the screen the text flags one, which isn't a problem, you can just use exec hex instead. And that's the only problems I can remember running into.

Yeah, CelticIII almost works 100% perfectly, just for a few small graphical problems.  Fortunately they are not crashworthy.  In my game Shift the only difference is that you can't see the loading bar :P
