Title: Help with TI-Boy
Post by: joshuarpl on February 13, 2019, 11:23:52 pm: I have a problem with TI-Boy, I tried to put Super Mario Land on my TI-84 Plus Calculator, but it just displays a mess of pixels and closes, How do you fix this?
I tested the ROM on my computer and it works fine.

What hardware revision is your calculator? Newer revisions don't have the extra ram that TI-Boy requires to run.

I noticed you told me what the software version and model of your calculator. I'm asking for the hardware revision which can be found on the back of the calculator as part of the serial number. The final digit is a letter, which would be the revision. Example: S-0406F would be hardware revision F.

How about TI-Boy version and did you convert the ROM using the same converter for that version ? (I think the later versions of TI-Boy and earlier versions expect different file formats on-calc)
