Title: Think I just screwed up
Post by: wingcook on December 24, 2014, 01:10:22 pm
OK, like others, I just got the nspire (normal) instead of ordering the CAS version. I followed the instructions for reloading the OS and everything seemed to go fine unitl I got to the "install your OS" part.

I was following this: https://www.omnimaga.org/general-calculator-help/installing-cas-on-ti-nspire-cx-non-cas/ (Post #13)

During that time it is looking for the ".tco" extension.

2 things: Would changing the "phoenix.tns" to the .tco extension help me any?

Also, Boot1 is 3.0.0.99, Boot2 3.2.4.7 and last of serial number is P-1213M. After doing some additional reading, I'm thinking that the serial number part is what is going to get me. :banghead:

Any ideas of getting CAS onto it, or at least getting back to stock?

Thanks.
