I began work on my contest entry for TI-Councours 2013 yesterday. Thus far, I only have about half of the work done on a title screen, but I'm working on it.

Cool, I'd be carefull with putting here too much info and no screenshot yet, since that probably isn't allowed before the deadline.

I don't think so. I don't think it is really written down somewhere, but when I asked Nikitouzz(co-helper of TI-Concours) if I could show a screenshot(a day or two after the deadline) he said I should wait still.

Else you could contact Noelthebest, and ask him.
