Looks nice, though isn't this a bit of a double post? Maybe you could delete one of the topics and just keep a project page which also mentions the contest :)

Just so you know, LDStudios, joining Omni only to advertise your own website (especially a forum) is against the rules here, since it is considered spam. It is also considered as very bad forum netiquette if someone uses someone else's communication medium (forum, chat, messages, etc) just to lure members to his own, especially if you have no intention to participate to local discussion and that your site covers the same theme as the other (eg calculators).

Generally, people will showcase their projects here with screenshots and only link to their site for download links (or screenshot links if they are overly large), then people will give feedback over here (that's the point of this project showcase forum section, after all).

That said, I saw the game on ticalc.org and it looks pretty fun. I will need to load it in the emulator :)

My bad, ill be sure to double check the rules in the future. I do however plan on keeping up with omnimaga posts in the future, and i have for a while (but never created an account untill now) Secondly, the idea was more to isolate conversation on the game to make it easier to find and for me to keep track of, rather than to lure members to mine rather than omnimaga. Still, i understand your point and Ill be sure not to do it again. Should I delete the post and recreate with screen captures in the topic and no mention of the forum?
That said, I hope you like the game   :)

Nah it should be fine. Just remember in the future ;) (also if the post remains intact with mine and new members see it that will help them anyway).

That reminds me, will the game run on OS 3.1? I didn't want to upgrade nor install nLaunchy, plus I worry that if I use the student software the game won't run exactly like on calc.

Unfortuneately the game does not run on OS 3.1 It does run ok on the student software but it runs a lot faster so the game is more difficult in the later levels. By the way if you downloaded the game before today, I highly reccomend redownloading. v1.2.1 came out on ticalc today which fixes a lot of major bugs on v1.2

It's a nice game, but why don't you use the entire screen to increase the height/width of your squares ?

Because you would no longer have the same long horizontal view of what is ahead and behind you :)
