OK, I fixed that weird "you have been banned" bug.  It had to do with phpBB environment variables.  In addition, I'm probably going to pick up dev on this soon; I haven't done much since Brazucs backed out.

Looks great, I really like haveing this, but it would be nice to have it in a program on my computer in case your site is acting funky.
