Here I shall be posting polls for Trio and Niko: Falling. Please respond to the best of your ability and if you choose "other" please explain why. One vote per person per poll question. Will be seeing constant updates to the questions, so check often if you please! Thank you in advance,

I like quadrants. ;D
-
I voted for quadrants - as long as the transitions aren't too disruptive, then the option that increases speed and makes the map bigger is the one I want.
-
ok, that was unanimous 0:7:0:0:0 :P
new poll.
-
It depends on spell's power....
-
I still like the idea for zelda 2, it's more fun, and you can obtain spells earlier if you're good at the game.
-
Zelda 2 style.
-
Zelda 2 style.
It'd be pretty cool if TaN growed up to be something like Zelda actually.
-
Zelda 2 style.
Yeah man! zelda 2 is where it's at :D
Scout: it's kinda a mix of zelda I and II right now, since I liked both a ton.
-
I like first option. WIth level up people just overlevel their character and there isn't as much effort needed to actually acquire the spells such as finding them or doing quests.
-
new poll, please answer. thanks in advance! :D
-
just to make sure it wasn't forgotten 6 hours ago, bump.
-
balanced things, extreme to either way may not be as fun. ;)
-
Balance between the two. I tend to dislike ridiculously long dungeons because I get lost in them. X.x Too many can make you run out of ideas easily, though, or can be repetitive.
-
New poll! :w00t:
Please vote for your best opinion, and post yuor thoughts, especially if you say 'other'. I won't vote, because I actually don't really have an opinion right now.
EDIT: actually yeah I will vote :P
-
Wouldn't having a large, detailed overworld take up the same amount of space (unless you are purposely making it emptier for RLE purposes)?
Anyway, I'm not sure what I'd want...Obviously a large overworld that is just...empty is no good, but having an extremely cramped one (like the original pokemon ones) won't necessarily be better. Like all the other questions, I'd say try and find a balance
-
yeah, but I don't ahve the time to fill a huge map up with tons of stuff, with a smaller map, I can spend the same amount of time and make it more prettyful, but with a bigger map all I'll have time to really do is to make sure it actually works :P
-
I kinda like large maps, personally, as long as they're not the same size as in Zelda Windwaker. There are less details but then it means you can hide secret islands and stuff easier. :P That would take lots of space, though, unless you use RLE compression or something.
-
New poll, this one is a bit more serious and I would like to know the common opinion :) Personally, I'm leaning towards mostly just exploration items.
-
Hi, ho, go vote, gogogo!++
-
Exploration items, most definitely. :)
-
Exploration items should be fine IMHO, especially that it's an ARPG, not regular RPG.
-
explor explor explore....just try not to pull a links awakening where the hookshot/<insert other items> is more usefull than the sword on regular enimies...
i remember in Links awakening i could just use the magicrod/hook shot on every thing they made the l2 sword obsolete
