This looks nice! I like the system of arrows on the edge of the board instead of a marker on the board. :D

I like your layouts -- the boxes space everything out nicely. (Reminds me of a box model XD)

Is it that the pieces are shifted to the left one pixel? It's a little bit annoying, but I don't think it hurts the game at all.

As a request, could you make X go first instead of O? I think that's the standard for Tic-Tac-Toe :)
