I was bored the other day and added polldaddy to my website.
If you've liked any of my programs in the past, please rate them here :) http://clrdraw.weebly.com/ (http://clrdraw.weebly.com/)

Is it written by yourself? :D

Weebly is an online website-make application comparable to blogger.

Yes (sadly), the only coding I had to do was making the default footer hidden. But I plan to edit the code later and make more of it my own!

Another alternative could have been to put the polls in the topics here :P (but again it could have been seen as spammy if all your topics got bumped at once lol).
I don't mind pre-made site builders, although some are really limited. Invisionfree was pretty decent when I used it, but it's more for forums.

I use wordpress with my own custom theme. Downside of a wordpress site is that you need to host it yourself/at someones hosting service. With weebly or any other website builder you do not have to worry about hosting or domain names ever.
Also: Once you cannot update wordpress anymore (looking at you 000webhosting) it will pretty much come to a grinding stop. Your plugins will stop working and there is no easy way to downgrade plugins. That's why I'd suggest using these website builders instead of using a cms on a free webhost. I think you can even make custom themes for weebly.
