Awesome site compares your daily visitors with those of real countries to give you an idea of how active the site is.

Try http://google.com.visualizetraffic.com/ O.O

1 in every 921,321 internet users visit Omnimaga.org daily. Omnimaga.org gets 1,809 internet visitors per day, now imagine that they would all come together.

This means you would need at least 76 Single-Seater Race Cars to seat the visitors.

I lol'ed at the lobster ad. Also yeah this is so innacurate. According to 1and1 stats we got about 3500 visitors per day and that was back when we had 1 million hits a month. Now we have 4 million hits most months, so I'm sure we're much higher than 1809 visitors a day.

The thing is that those sites have no access to our visitor stats, so they can't really tell accurately our traffic.

I think you can query the root DNS servers for that information, since you have to find the servers in order to find the site. But it's pretty inaccurate, as you can see from the fact that the electricity for the server alone is more than our entire hosting bill :P

It also only catches the front end servers. It records Google as having only about 8,000 servers, when they likely have far more just to process the sheer number of requests they get daily.

I'M pretty sure it doesn't really track every single page/file  request on every site hosted on a server
