I'd imagine like the first pronunciation you posted. Similar to how archeology is pronounced.

Closest approximation I can think of. There may be multiple ways to say archaeo-.

Archeowyrm just sounds cooler than Twin-Serpent (which seems more generic, in my opinion), so I voted for it.
