Why the heck did you blow up at willrandship like that? He was trying to avoid a discussion on flaming Cemetech and then you completely whaled on him, calling him a "a a" for absolutely no reason! He had been a loyal and active member of your community for over a year! Clearly he's not even slightly annoying or else you would have banned him ages ago. Don't you think he may have had a valid point?
Don't you think by flaming him, he's likely to flame back? I swear you utterly deserved the moniker "bipolar moron", because you switching from having a moderately calm discussion into a complete trolling flame-a-thon.
HOW THE HELL CAN YOU STAND THERE AND ENFORCE SITE RULES WHEN YOU BREAK THEM REGULARLY? YOU ARE IN BLATANT VIOLATION OF RULE ONE, RULE NINE, AND RULE ELEVEN. IF ANY OTHER USER EVEN BROKE ONE OF THESE RULES THEN IT'S A WEEK BAN.
Not only are you a whiny brat and a a admin, but you're an enormous hypocrite also. Eeems is guilty of this too, because any RESPONSIBLE ADMIN would have kickbanned both parties instead of egging on one of them.
I've been watching the forums, and frankly you are terrible, banning anyone who has an alternate opinion. I saw how samebull's post took a suddenly abrupt end after the fanboy incident. Clearly, you banned him because you didn't like his definition of fanboy, even when he was being NON-DISCRIMATORY. Hell, I searched all his posts and he hasn't said a single offensive thing. However Omnimaga is thriving amazes me when you ban all the newcomers. I love how you hate people who's insults are simply insulting, but your insults are especially pornographic.

I was a lurker back then and even I thought you were some whiny a but I didn't find out till later on YOUR forum that you WERE xlibman, and that's when things went downhill.

You know, I can be a troll sometimes. I can admit. But I'm accused of ten times more trolling then I've actually committed, because all that 'trolling' was simply disagreeing with you. In the months that followed, I tried to be reasonable, I tried to talk it out, I hoped that you would see how you've been harming the community for years, how you've abused the vagueness of your rules to berate anybody and how you ignore them yourself.
I hoped you would see that you generate so much hostility that you're only infamous for being hostile.
I hoped you would see that spamming, especially on OTHER forums and chat rooms, is far more harmful to the community than anything anyone's done to you.
I hoped you would learn PATIENCE, to not react harshly immediately, to not judge people so soon on what they say (since often you have banned on language difficulties).

And lastly, I hoped you would finally learn there is more to life than the internet. Your obsession has kept you from school, from social lives.....
You are dead to the world, DJ. You live only to moderate the forum, alone in real life.
You will never get a real career, unless you dreamed of being a cashier.
You will never intimately know the touch of a soulmate (although you may have better luck if you look within your own gender).

Well to be fair, though, regarding the final parts of it, he kinda saved me some work for my follow-up post to the End of an Era thread, as certain parts are true.
On the other hand, though, I never took him seriously, because he always wanted to have full control on how I get my site moderated.

I didn't quite understand that insult attempt from him to me O.O. But yeah since 2009 I never took his stuff seriously, because he always only tried to control how we run the site, and whenever we get angry at him for criticising everything our staff or myself does, he does stunt like this (although this PM was the worst so far.) Normally he simply bashes Omni in public calc channels.
Also on a side note I also got a copy of that PM via e-mail, but it was in my spam folder last night. And I did get this message, which DrDnar forwarded to me as I had joeyoung on my ignore lists:

I don't really think this was trolling. While I don't agree with him or how he went about things don't you think he may have some valid points? Whether or not he presented them in the most appropriate method is a different question. He was harsh but behind that harshness he was trying to make a point. Whether you want to listen or not is up to you, you can just blow him off and ignore him as a troll or you could actually read what he said and think about it and act from there.

I have only seems drama once in the calculator section of the forums. Make yourself comfortable there, it is nice (and warm :P )

I would really just prefer if we didn't have these sorts of threads to begin with. All they do is spread negative vibes throughout the community and make everybody angry. They also do not belong in a community "free of hostility", because they are being hostile to those who are hostile to us! In the words of Mahatma Ghandi, "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind." We are blinding ourselves by doing this.
The best way of stopping this sort of thing is to ignore it.

Ummm...this is exactly what I was trying to say in the topic I posted earlier, but then it got locked (and subsequently moved to spam so guests cannot see it) ??? Looking back, posting it when I did was not the best idea, but why lock it? It gives the impression that the message I had was not wanted, that we should do the opposite of not responding to trolls. I'm sorry if I hurt anyone; I will never know what it feels like for someone else when they are insulted, or their ways of dealing with it, so I was being insensitive in thinking that it would be easy for everyone to ignore trolls, but I feel saying what I said was necessary after seeing Metagross111's PM, and Eeems' retaliation, because I thought the situation would deteriorate into more of the same.

I'm guessing you didn't see the other thread saying the same type of thing that was locked we were locking all topic that were talking about it because we were trying to stop fueling the flames.

I just read my old post and I guess you're absolutely right, I was way too harsh and Im sorry about that. I just guess I was way beyond PO'd when I read it, so I accidentally lost my reason and showed what in was thinking. Now that I think about it clearly, I agree with you completely, the best thing would be to ignore it. However, I still think someone (less reckless than me) should still call him out on it via a strict but calm email.
Sorry again for fueling the hate :(

I would highly recommend that no one contact JoeYoung to complain. If you've forgotten, those words were spoken in the relative privacy of a PM. Whether or not you agree at least partially with him, it's no one's business but that of DJ and Joe. I don't condone the message, but Joe is entitled to his opinion, just as everyone is entitled to their own opinion of DJ. If we are permitted to think kindly of DJ, then we must recognize the rights of others to think unkindly of him.
On a side note, I vote that this thread be locked.
