Well most of you doesn't know but when making ROL1 for the calcs back in early 2003 I was making a ROL0 game for a school Visual Basic project. It's pretty simple and the graphics are kinda griddy and crappy but everyone wanted my game on a CD at the end of the school year

. Unfortunately they werent compiled so I couldnt upload them online but now I got a copy of Visual studio 6 so I could compile them. Here is some screenshot

NOTE: RECOMMENDED TO PLAY WITH RES OF 800x600 OR 1024x768 OR THE GAME MAY LOOK GLITCHY (It used to only work on 800x600 but I fixed it to work with higher res or at least doesnt look that bad. I may make an english version later.

I ever really got to terms with VB or C++. Granted, I was a lil boy at that time, I should try anew.

oh no what I fear prbly happened... with all crap that happened on UnitedTI AlienCC prbly decided to shut everything down, and Omni files are hosted on UTI

but its unlikely that Omnimaga will stay open if AlienCC did what I fear the most (shutting down UTI and everything hosted here), which could happen with all fuss that happened on their forums with the leofox ban controversy. I dont think I'll ever be able to find a free webhost that offer what a website like Omnimaga requires: 150 MB of diskspace at least, 3 GB bandwidth/month, allowed to use the space as file storage and hotlink them on other websites, so Omnimaga may end up with no more download sections and no more custom skin so it would end up as a forum only

yeah i gotta make a english version >.<

basically you search keys/items everywhere and unlock chests and doors, to open/close menu press M . to confirm most of the time its either Enter or Space and to exit Esc

About that web host: do you need it to not use ads? And do you need any sort of scripting?
If you don't care about ads, I'd point you to http://prophp.org. They seem to work fine (though you can't use mail scripts from there). If they don't, let me know and I'll keep looking.

How long 'till there be an english version? I want to play it, but it's a little difficult to play games in a different language, especially rpgs that depend so much on words. Are you serious about uti being down though? I always thought that was one of the most active calc programming places.
