CAS OS update on a CX calc

I managed to CAS my CX a while back and I'm currently on OS 3.1.0.392

Could someone please tell me how to update the OS to 3.2.3.1233 (Am I correct in thinking that is the highest I can go?)

I am obviously assuming it isn't as easy as a normal update?

I already posted this in an older thread but I think no one is reading it anymore
