Title:Olduvai (Knee-Deep in the Dead)
Length:4:38

LISTEN: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10453263/

There are a couple things I could do to fix it ("Bass" seems to really loud in places during the chorus; did that with all the recordings I did.. I think it might be dull strings), but it's near-enough complete anyway. :)
Inspired by the likes of Celldweller and Path of Totality-era Korn.

That's actually pretty badass. I really like the low tuned thick gituar synth you're using. It's very aggressive even though it's not a super fast tempo.  It gives it an old school video game sound. Personally I could do without the wub-wubs though. I also think a different drum sample would serve this song well. Some cymbals would be nice too. :) Very nice beginning though. :D

Definitely added more drums (see original post), as well as everything else. I did keep the Kick/Snare samples the same though, just added some actual effects to them to make them sound more in place. Alas, I've kept the wobbles (they were always meant to be there), but I added the smallest amount of reverb to give more space.

That is really good! I think that you should do something more with the the "rip and tear" section. Add an small guitar solo or some slides maybe?

Side comment: Is your username reminiscent of the old TV show "The Prisoner?"

@Not a number:

The drums sound much better in the new version. I've also gotten used to the wub-wubs, they seem to fit now with everything together. I really dig this song. ^^ I have a request for you, forgive me if it seems a bit odd. Would you be willing to post a new instrumental version with the updated drums but with the synth guitar? I'd also like your permission to attempt to put some vocals down on it. I have an interesting alternate version in mind.
