Forums rules have been updated today. Nothing much had changed, except rule 5 (added stuff about posting with different accounts, which now leads to a IP ban)

UPDATE (2005/11/04) It is no longer possible to register a new account with the same e-mail address twice. If you do you will get an error saying that your e-mail address has been alerady taken. I don't want to enable account activation via e-mail so I decided to do this instead.
