I have decided to leave the site. It seems that whenever I do something people complain, it seems nothing I do is right, I am not even allowed to have fun sometimes, and when I try to do people start whining. The last time I did an April fools prank, and when I did that halloween prank only thing I got was complain and threats that people will not come back. If nothing I do is right why should I stay here? I thought the people here were more respectful, and if this is what they call respect they are wrong, and you know who you are. I am tired of complains about everything I do. I am sorry you feel this way about my work and what I do in the community, so goodbye.

Afterward there may be no chances of my comeback as my account will be disabled and even the other admin cannot revert the changes, as only member #1 can edit it.

I know I and at least some others come here to post and discuss and so forth, not be confused by all the names being the same. Perhaps you thought the joke was funny, but to make such a clamour because others did not is... :gah:

ah well... I told you people on numerous occasions what I think about all that bickering, pseudo-civilized flaming and all other options of pissing people off. ;_;

I won't complain, I won't participate in the discussion that will almost certainly follow this, simply because I had enough of that. Period.

Yes he did trick us but it was hard to concentrate with those names and it lasted for a week I think or at least it seemed it did. I don't think xlibman should leave.

EDIT: Stop thinking of the bad timese look at the good times like the forum for thanking xlibman...remember that...it seemed like people cared about you a whole lot in that forum and called you a legend in BASIC programming so the only talking about your work that I have heard was good talking and also in the other forum Wtf? Alex was right no one made attacks on you personally

EDIT(I don't want to double post): Yeah at first I was like haahha someone hacked omnimaga but then it dragged on with people posting in forums answering me and I didn't even know who it was then the pictures went later on and I had to go by sigs which was very hard overall Kevin you can make your decision but I don't think that it is people are quick to say your wrong I think you are quick to say people are saying your wrong

EDIT:(last time):It is very saddening to me thought to go to school then come on omnimaga and find out that one of the people that got me started programming 83+'s two years ago si leaving. Well 8th period has ended ill be leaving now

exactly my position...funny for a while but it quickly became confusing and either way, nothing was meant against kevin in my feelings about it

It isn't a big deal, and I'd be sad and disappointed if you left because of this. Next time, just talk this through with rivereye or whoever you should have talked this through with. I'm pretty sure nobody hates because of this; they just might have been slightly annoyed by the confusion. Also, when you are saying that you're going to leave all of the time, that also gets people annoyed, so please try to think for a long time before you post and pull pranks. I don't want you to leave, and I'm sure nobody else here does. Just realize what happenned and fix it next time.

Bfr, what's there to fix? I don't understand why people got annoyed in the first place, it's a FORUM, don't take it like it's your life. He made a joke, he's the guy who made this site available to us in the first place, is he not allowed to have some fun once in a while? Lighten up you little...

I didn't really mind, but something needs to be fixed because people were unhappy. xlibman needs to realize that the comments though weren't directed towards him, they were directed towards the problem and thought something was really wrong. In my mind, xlibman, you overall suceeded in tricking us.

it was alright, I just happened to not find it funny. It sucks that my comments drove him away again (but he has to realize that as much as he is sensitive, I am sarcastic and up front on what bothers me). I do hope that he can be brought back though.
