One idea could be to only enable downvoting in spam, not upvoting (assuming that's possible in the future).

What's the posts requirements to access spam by the way? And to post in it?

Yeah, it's read-only until further notice and the post count requirement for access should be the same. Though for some reason it seems to be 200, not 100 ???
