Few people know this, since they haven't been in the TI community long enough, but on UTI I remember seeing the transition from the calc scene into Youtube popularity.

Not sure if any of you care about MGM, but I thought I would share with the newer Cemetech users (Post-Jatol era) that missed the moments when he was still active as Brazcus both here and UTI. It's kinda weird to know someone so popular on Youtube contributed calculator softwares here in the past.

So yeah, MysteryGuitarMan is effectively moderator of the SourceCoder 2.5 sub-forum!

EDIT: By the way I knew this for ages, but I thought I would share, since it seems many new people in the community are totally unaware of that nowadays, aside from United-TI users.

Yeah, I didn't even knew he was into calc programming until he posted one of his programs on Facebook/Twitter. Then my mind blew up when DJ said shortly after he was moderator on UTI.

Yeah I was trying to search for that post again. I unfortunately couldn't find it, but I remembered he was pretty good at BASIC back in the days. It's fun to see such popular names having contributed calc-related stuff in the community.

Btw on Cemetech Kerm reminded me of the tool he worked on: OptiBASIC. It's SourceCoder 2.5 optimizer, but it was separate at first.

yeah I've knows this for some time, i just forgot his username :| His videos are always fun to watch, its cool he's into calc's too. I remember when he was still active on UTI.

Actually he stopped doing calc stuff years ago, but he still sometimes posts on UTI.

My brother knew about him from youtube. I told him I knew the guy as a nerd from the graphing calculator forums I went to and he was like:

Some of the stuff Brazcus does on Youtube is pretty freakin cool. I'd definetley recommend giving his channel a look.

I think I remember this from reading the "The triumphant return of brazucs" topic on UTI. Not sure if I was already there or not.
Yeah, it's pretty awesome that he was a part of the community
