This is so good, it makes Phoenix look like Pong, which is really good, because those were both great for their standards.

Not having sound could be good, just make songs with the same speed as the calc and have a "press play" prompt. This would be less portable, albeit much easier on the calculator.

And the z80 calcs are winning:Ti-83+ and Ti-84+SE both have 16 points.
Z80 is a popular assembly language among hobbyists, as it was in the 80's.

General Calculator Help / calcNET Client problem
« on: June 10, 2011, 03:53:38 pm »
I tried connecting to the example server as a test, but there's no response...

C:\Users\BrownyTCat\Desktop\gcnclient>gcnclient -n IRCHub -l BrownyTCat -d direct -s
gcnhub.cemetech.net -p 4295
Resolved hostname.
Wrote 21 bytes to socket (join msg)
(and it stops here)

Quick info:
Socket name:                IRCHub
Local/endpoint name:      Brownytcat
Connection to Computer: Direct (I'm using an 84pSE with a USB cable)
Server:                         gcnhub
Port:                            4295 (default)

Has anybody at all tried this, or does anyone have a server to connect to? I really want to try networking on 84+.

A tilemapper will definitively be a good idea, since people often get stuck on that part, along with collision detection.
No glances at me? Wow.

Sadly, I can't look at these right now... My school's ISP seems to block filedropper. I'll make sure to check these out once I get home, though. :)
Is it possible to download the MPO files to the SD card using the computer instead of using the 3DS browser?

EDIT: I got home now, but I have no idea about how to download things from that website. There doesn't seem to be a download button. ???
There is, it's grey, don't be fooled by the ads.

Does anyone have instructions to make the adapter in the video? I have a load of those TI USB-Mini cables.

I already have a movement system identical to Sam Heald's Mario, sans-tilemapping/scrolling.

The CX is cheaper than the previous models in average.

Mean, median, or mode? Mean is most common and logical in most cases so I assumed that.
