TI Z80 / Re: [Axe] KoFiX (yet another Guitar Hero clone :P)

Requiring strumming seems like it wouldn't work very well, especially when playing at quicker speeds (such as the chorus of the Monsters gif you posted) since alt-strumming like on a real guitar controller isn't possible.

Yes, but the usage of a/an is only based on if it's a vowel or consonant sound, not what the letter itself is.

It's technically illegal unless you have permission from the copyright holder, but since notch has implied that you can do pretty much anything with Minicraft, there should be no trouble at all. (And in the unlikely case that there is trouble, he'll probably ask nicely, because he's a cool guy. :))

Are flash carts like SD cards?
No, they're more like game carts (but they're unofficial). Sadly, many of them are blocked on the 3DS, especially if you have the latest version of the firmware.

Also, nikitouzz, if you really want to talk to SirCmpwn, I think he didn't get banned from Cemetech so you might be able to contact him from there :)
He's actually banned there too.

It's on the screen itself, not the computer.

The screen probably has some kind of menu that you can access using buttons that are on it. There's an option to change where the image is displayed.

There aren't any.

What do you mean?
None have been produced yet.
Yet.... do you expect that he will finish/release anytime soon?
It would be pretty unlikely since there hasn't been any activity recently, but I hope that it'll get finished some day :)

I think the second one looks more natural. I've only used Nspires very little, so I think my opinion is affected by what PC programs usually do.

News / Re: TI: A step back towards the TI community?

Casio said that if we do something wrong again, they might lock the PRIZM like TI did with the Nspire. At least, though, Casio is giving us one last chance.
When did they say that? I've heard from Kerm that they're trying to ignore third-party development, but I don't think they've actually stated that they will lock it down if we do something that they'll dislike.

Is it possible to mess with stuff and get some of the OS RAM into the user RAM?

I don't see why none of the Custom oses for the 84+(SE) have done this, at least not that I know of.
I think most of them do that, actually. They're free to use RAM for whatever purpose they want to (except for executing code, which is normally forbidden on some pages).

I meant RAM, not flash
All 83+SEs have 128 kB RAM. Old 84+(SE)s have 128 while newer ones only have 48. However, the amount of user memory is 24 kB on all of them.
