The stupid Nspire arrow detection only allows big steps, so with a smaller hitbox, it will be possible to go through the bullets without taking damage...
what do you mean by this? you don't use the physics engine, then what makes you say the nspire arrow detection?

uh? i thought i posted here on a reaction to sorunome, strange.. bon, anyway, i don't know what kind of game it will become yet, so it's possible that it does not become an rpg too, don't get your hopes up too high But i should look into them, i never actually played either of those, so it'll be a challenge anyway

Wow, this games looks great !
actually, it's quit simple and the code's extremely dirty, i think i'll rewrite it from scratch when i have time. Glad to see you back, by the way.
Thanks, i'm glad too I've always played like Sorunome, too.
so that makes 3 out of 5, that a majority For the color select dialog, I would recommend displaying four empty cards, which represent each color...
great idea, what if i display 4 colored cards as you say, and to show which one is selected, i draw the colorChange icon (#) or +4 on the selected one. That'll make sure you got the right card and color.

@critor, can you see in what format the image is saved? Because this means some kind of format is natively supported, or am i wrong here?
It's just raw R5G6B6 top-down without a header. That's simply the native format for the screen, which I'm using in mViewer.
oh ok, that's 1.3MB of image for 320x240 that sure is a lot of space...

And for some reason, they have every image once for each language
seriously that's just being lazy... @critor, can you see in what format the image is saved? Because this means some kind of format is natively supported, or am i wrong here?

Which image package?
If you install the nspire student software, that image is placed inside the image dir from the software along with some other ones. It's those image to make graphs on

Those are some tasty eye candies, nick!
And I'm not familiar with either of those rules, but what do I know, I haven't played this game in years
That seems to be a general problem, i guess it's not as popular as i supposed it was i played it a lot lately, that's why it came in mind. And thanks for the compliment, but they should improve in short terms, because i plan to add the settings dialog anyway. I also would like to change the color select dialog, which is rather dirty right now. If anyone has an idea on how to make it more beautiful, please say so (sketch, drawing or just tell). Thanks!

Strangely, the photo seems to be from september 2010 too, exactly like the Diags build date. Was one of the TI-Dallas Nspire CX developpers coming back from Colorado at that time?
Lol, I can just say that the creation date could also be the copy date, which seems more likely Other than that, the image is still included in the images package, so they seem to really like it

Some other rule that is wildley used but is impossible to implement is that if somebody else lies down a card and you have exactly the same one on your hand you can lay it down no matter if it is your turn, but you need to be quick enough before the next one lays his card.
It's not impossible, it'd be just without the 'quick', since you tell the calc when the next player may lay down its card. I could add it, at least i think so

yep, that's indeed the solution. I'll add that question to the first post. If anyone has some more rules they want to see added, please tell me so!

Well, if it's not official, but widely used, then i should implement that too. Right now there's only one card of each, so i must have read over that too, guess i'll have to reread the manual and take another look at my pack of cards Thanks for the reaction so far.

hmm, ok then. Well it seems like a good rpg i took a look at the google play store (because that kinda represents the game interests i think) and i found that a lot of tycoon-ish games are popular. With tycoon-ish i mean games like farmville, where you start with some kind of farm/factory/house and you have to expand it to a bigger version. You earn money, build new things, invest etc. although a complete RPG might be nice too
