It's the opening screen for Source Seekers (see: signature). In Basic, it takes a lot of time to load, though.
And it loads strangely on the 83+BE, but still looks cool.
It's all about perception, and I think it looks cool on monochrome calcs.
OK. I just compared it to the PCSE version.

And because there's on average less than 30 active topics per day, it's really hard to be constructive and not spam. I know from experience 
Also if you post a lot, it results in boredom because you already read all the posts.
My PPD went up 1 (actually .5) already so I'll just keep it up
