Java would be nice, assuming it's feasible. A bunch of people in the community already knows Java and maybe Builderboy could port some of his games to the Prizm.
The Silencer on the PRIZM?

I was thinking the other day... There are many posts being moved by the managers/administrators lately, not too many, but still a few. I think this is due to some of us forgetting to post in the right section and double thinking about where we are posting before we post. This is not just for new users, but for veterans too. Why? Because I've been around for a while and sometimes end up posting in the wrong sections since there are new forums now and I forget. However, I pay more attention now This is just a reminder to everyone, check the new forums (Computer Programming Help and Computer Programming Projects, ...). Randomness is now called Humour and Jokes, so avoid posting anything non-randomness there, since Randomness is not Miscellaneous Discussion. I'm not an administrator nor a moderator, but I just want to keep the managers from moving posts and help to making Omnimaga better. Also, it's funny because I didn't know where to post this

Wonderful! I agree with DJ, there should be a News post about it at ticalc.org.
I like the animations and the game engine is tricky, so good job you've done!

Hmm, I wonder why they start an Nspire video with downloading the 83+ SDK... They clearly have no idea of what they're talking about. And why are the students browsing Facebook?
The facebook is them watching videos of TI, but the 83+ SDK, no idea But the video is not OK, did you hear them saying "we want them to engage in maths", then give us programming capabilities to code games!

Android application are programmed in Java (a variant of it, but much the same). Looks like this will be one nice little tablet
And they can use XML too (but that's not *really* a language). I've seen more articles in web pages about this tablet. Everybody seems enthusiastic.

"SUPPORT the TaNF project!" When I first read it I thought you were selling t-shirts with 'Trio and Nikko: Falling' on it

Many of you here have requested a java virtual machine for the Prizm. (most notably Ashbad ) Well I have been studying my java bytecode and I believe that this is quite possible. If you did not know, java bytecode is a stack oriented language in which the Prizm excels at. Now I did not find any of the jazelle extensions that the arm has, but it doesn't mean that java is impossible. What can be done is code the proper functions for each of the instructions, some of which would only take 1 SH3 instruction. The other thing to do is remove all of those fancy, but unnecessary features of the JVM. Stuff like malicious code testing and maybe partial garbage collecting. So right now I'm kind of busy with about 4 other Prizm projects that I'm working on, but during the summer or maybe after the AP exams, I will have time to get started on this.
This looks like a great idea. There was once a topic about Java on the NSpire, so I hope this turns out right for the PRIZM

Meh.
Found a better hosting service, actually added content to all my links, and made a slightly less-random post thingy on the main page.
http://www.multiscale.co.cc
The only interesting part I did was to figure out a way to expand things on this page by clicking on the title of the appropriate entry. It doesn't work in IE, but it uses no Javascript
I used heliohost.org. They had the most amount of features, and a decent support forum.
Sadly, almost just after I registered this Friday, their servers were hacked X.X I get the feeling that it was a fluke, but I hope I haven't made a mistake...
It took a while to load for me actually, but then when loaded it runs just fine. I like it how you centered the body and also using 'a tags' (index.html#link) for news (like the first post)

Can me explain how can I convert sounds? When I open the converter and drag a file on, it closes the window ... I tried with SMB Overworld (in example) but it'doesn't works ...
PS:It will be better if someone can explain it in French ^^
Drag midi files over it, I guess that's as simple as it can be.
