thank you but i found how to link 2 calcs on wabbit emu.
I just have a question: does the linking command use variables? or pointers? currently only constants work perfectly.

When a topic gets a new page, usually people forget about the other one :S

I got this lovely new Kindle that I am browsimg and typimg on right now!
I'm not very good at typing on it yet, though (I keep pressing 'm' instead of 'n').
16 level grayscale is surprisingly awesome!

@ScoutDavid: sorry to hear that.  Was it just a bad year, or something else?

I didn't get anything because I don't want to.
Nice, a Kindle!

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Features Wishlist
« on: December 26, 2010, 10:26:00 am »
I had an idea:

Code: [Select]
Disp "Hello"
. THIS IS A COMMENT
Disp "This is not a com."
. THIS IS A NEW COMMENT

What if we could have

Code: [Select]
...
This is a comment
This is also a comment
This is the third line of the comment
And this is the last line of a multi-line comment
...
Disp "This is not a com."

Multi-Line comments would be very useful for me, and I hope other people too, because I sometimes want to keep 10 lines of code in a program, but hide it for debugging. I have to put a '.' before all lines and that's very tiring on-calc.

Probably someone already suggested this feature, but this thread is 114 pages long :S

New Problem:

If graphmastur has 10 000 peanuts and each one costs 22 cents, how long would it take for him to make 1000 dollars if he sells 666 peanuts per day, and only works 2 days per week? Start a 1 January (it is a Sunday, and Sunday is the 1st day of the week).

Concerning the first challenge... I got to the number of days, but how'd you get the date?

Oh that's cool, less stuff to scroll means much faster. :D

Is it hard to scroll smoothly, though?

Nope, still pretty smooth. I'll try to get a screenshot to post when school starts again :)

EDIT: And maybe a demo.

Nice! I can't wait for it, since I'm a Contra fan (web browser SNES emulator)

Maybe people are still busy with finals or preparing christmas, though.

Yeah, because at the moment they are tied :S

We should maybe do it based on 2010 daily post rate but that would require database operations and stuff. I'm sure my average for 2010 is in the 50s :P

What matters is the exercise, not the content. I have started solving it and think I have an answer!!
